  This is a joke cashreward. Iherb offer discount 20% from time to time, once even 22%. Cashreward also don't honor its cashback sometime citing stupid reasons.

    There have been better offers of 20% coupons plus 20% cashback but I feel like they haven't done those for a while now.
    I've had trouble of cashback not tracking in the past too but they've always tracked with iHerb orders.

    Last order I did late last year was on 11/11 and was delivered 20/11, said it could take up to 15/12. They give you a delivery estimate before you checkout.
