      It was $10 a few months ago it should be $5 off now and it is on top of the free shipping, he just wants people to use his code.

        I used it about a couple of weeks ago when they had the free shipping (which is now extended) and got $10 off my order. It may have changed since, but I wont be able to check as I'm no longer a new customer.

        Yes I checked and no matter what code it's only $5 for a referral with your code as well. ($50 order free shipping and it still gave only $5)

        However for orders over $60 you do get an extra 5%, new and existing customers.

        I actually mentioned this in the Vitacost forum as I wasnt able to post it here as it said Iherb was banned. Glad to see it now isnt. Its a great place to buy probably better than Vitacost now as it is cheaper in shipping. I buy Garden Of Life Vital Green which is over the 3lb ship that Vitacost has, so its $10 cheaper at Iherb, and now $6 cheaper again with the free shipping. My code if you would like it, is TUG034

    Actually you will find entering anyones code will only give $5 off. It used to be $10 now its only $5.

    Also the free shipping is totally independent of the code, that's why I put the $5 off in brackets.

    Old customers get the free shipping as well

    Yes BUT I have invited others to post their codes - which give the same discount. I am not adverse to other codes being used.

      What i meant was, the $10 off looks better than the $5 off that all the other codes are, if you read the post you may try his code over other codes and as they all have the same discount, its a little misleading.

      By the number of posts, its good to see the large number of OzBargainers using iHerb, who see the value, its welcome that iHerb is allowed on OZB.

    You invited people to quote their codes and now are (seem?) bitter about it because they haven't voted this up?

    I haven't voted positive on the deal, personally I find the weight limitations too restrictive and I haven't managed to get a $40 order under the weight cut off, no matter what combinations I tried. Gave up in the end, I must like too heavy things like soaps, shower gels and body lotions. Good for you if you can use this deal but for me it's mute hence my neutral.

      No not bitter at all.

      Understand how things work here. Higher votes higher visibilty, then more people see the deal and more likely to use the code. Which means more chances for everyone to get some benefit. And that includes those who will now know about iHerb and the value it brings to them. No one is forced to buy and wont buy unless the products they are looking for are of value. Like you said sometimes it wont be depending on what you buy.

      So the ones who where quick to post their code but not contribute to the deal visibility didn't do much to help people find the deal, so why should they "benefit" vs the others who did. My point was to tell those who visited to choose a code from ones who voted up the deal at least they think it's good value and are recommending it for that reason.

      And then there was the one who knew their code had the same value as everyone else, and who tried con others into believing theirs was better. They even went to the trouble of posting the deal verbatim on another site. Now if they didn't think it was a good deal why go to that bother.

      I even encouraged those who liked the deal, to come back and share their code.
