  • This promotion is open only to members that receive an invitation email directly from Cashrewards.

          Tracking was slower than usual. In the end "something" tracked, but only 50% of my order excl. GST.
          Will bonus be approved if only AUD $3.49 tracks?

          Seems to me that there are issues with CW tracking.

        Payment takes up to 95days!
        BigW is slow as can return within 90days. OOS issues stopped me purchasing before checking!
        And normal Cashback on that $5 purchase is 2c (0.4%).
        (So essentially 2c profit)😉

        Other merchants can have faster payment & slightly better cashback.

        Bought good burger, fries & can of drink for effectively $1.80, with Groupon (15% cashback).
        But same slow payment

            @USER DC: Not a big issue, as long as in stock (shortages at the moment). Packing tape should be ok.
            Otherwise order will be cancelled & wastes this Deal.
            (What I want is in short supply @BigW - ringing store in morning, before ordering.)

            BigW will likely take the full 95 days, due to long 90day returns policy. Whereas food or my voucher purchase are unlikely to be easily refunded, so likely to be paid out earlier than maximum.
            So if you don't mind waiting.

      Yes that is normal. Once a CR bonus cashback offer is activated then the bonus amount is added as a pending cashback in rewards history.

    Can someone help? I ordered from Big W a click and collect plus paid for my $5 order, but got a message "we are unable to supply the below item/s as they were unavailable at the time of processing your order" so the order became $4. Does that mean I no longer will get the $5 bonus even though when I placedthe order the goods were available hence I can place the order? Can someone from Cashrewards help clarify and possibly contact Big W if they will agree to the bonus? Otherwise I will cancel the order and its no good for Big W, too, afterall its their fault to accept the order with a not up to date stock system. Thank you.

      Nope. You lost your bonus is the normal case. You have time to make another order that could confirm the bonus - if there is an issue you can chase up and have it manually added as you have another order.

    Groupon have some cheap offers with 15% off code ENJOY (listed today on CR site).
    Plus 15% cashback + this $5 bonus.

    eg in Brisbane, after cashback…
    Burger of your choice, chips, can of drink ($14) for 78c!!
    Fish, chips, can of drink ($16.90) for $1.43!
    Have eaten there before on vouchers, so know price is accurate & food good.

    A more than $8 order at chemist warehouse just tracked as <$5 .. even excluding tax that's not enough.
    Update: It tracked as $4.54, so even adding 10% it's less than $5 ($4.994) supposedly …
    It's 1 order which had 2 items and only the value of 1 item excluding GST has tracked.
