Recommend Me a Budget Fitness Tracker?

I have a Mi Band 2 which is fun, but looking for more features now.

I'm an avid multi-day hiker, so something with battery life that lasts at least a week is a MUST.

Other features I would like are:
- Distance/altitude tracking
- Phone notifications/messaging
- NFC
- GPS
- The ability to play music paired with wireless earphones (preferably music stored in the device, as I don't have music streaming services)

Does such a device exist for less than $80?

Any other features I might like while hiking that I haven't thought of?

Thanks!

You will have to budget up near $500 to get all the things you want. And even then battery life won't be good for multi-day hikes.

    • Oh true? The MiBand 6 has most of what I want and it's about $50 so that surprises me. The GPS is only a luxury, as is the music. And I would choose music over the GPS

      • mi band 6 doesn't have GPS, NFC, ability to play music paired directly with device, ability to store anything on it, phone messaging, altitude tracking.

        • The mi bands have phone notifications via third party apps.

        Amazfit Bip (various versions)

Doesn't have the NFC or Music, but the battery lasts and has GPS. Worth a look

  • You could buy an old Apple Watch and just carry in your backpack the charger cable and a power bank.

  • I cant see you getting all that for your price.

Something like this https://www.jbhifi.com.au/products/huawei-gt2-sport-smart-wa… ticks most of your boxes, no NFC though, and more than double your price.

    Also the amazfit i guess.

    Edit:

If you are taking the phone with you anyway probably better leaving most of these features on the phone and not worry about getting everything on the watch.

There is a reason that you don't get all these features in a "Budget" fitness tracker, its because some of them are not budget features

Even with Garmin you need to get to their top end to get all those features.

    • Yep absolutely unfortunately a lot of your requirements are expensive to include in a fitness tracker.
