      I bought last week and it was handed to Australia Post on Friday as advertised… they also offered Couriers Please at no extra charge. It's now in the hands of the Australia Post (what, we run a postal service?!) gods.

      It's problems with Australia post. I recently ordered from Bay Beans on 19/1, I can see from tracking that Australia post picked up on 20/1, the next day, but I received it on 24/1. The freshly roasted beans was with Australia post for 5 days…

      They actually pack and send incredibly quickly after roasting. Last week they roasted on Thursday and had orders sent off by Friday. I'd wager your problems are with the delivery companies and not Coffee On Cue.

    I can get through a 1kg bag in about 2-3 weeks. Would purchasing 2 kg's in the future make the beans stale by the time I get to the second bag?

          Yep, just don't open it and put it in your freezer. If you have a Foodsaver/vacuum packer you can break it into 200-500ml bags and bring them out as they finish.
