Can’t agree more, I ordered shoes on December 8th last year and after 5 emails back and forth I got them on the 1st of February this year, never ordering rivers ever again
Me three. I have received half my order with the rest supposedly on its way. Shame as a year ago I got great service.
Click and collect used to have a lower threshold too. Don't see Rivers lasting much longer at this rate
I am sorry to say but Rivers service (online) is horrible.
I placed an order worth$228, three days later got the email of confirmation that my order will be sent as soon as processed. 3 weeks later, commodities still not sent.
When chased up, I was told 5 weeks later, "We are unable to deliver you order, refund will be processed in 10 working days" :)
