Needs a ZigBee hub to work.
Ordered one to try out as it's normally $42 but has a coupon you can select to discount by 15%. I have the wifi version and that works well for my various power tool chargers in the garage. I set up switch off timers for them to avoid over charging the batteries.

  I am using them with tuya. I have sonoff devices on tuya too. In case sonoff works with deconz, I guess this will work too. Amazon offers free returns so just order
