        Rewards app receipts shouldn't be a problem. There is a share feature in there you can use to get a PDF. I've successfully claimed a similar offer from Mutti in the past with these gift cards.

    How long did it take for the Woolworths gift card email to come through?

    • I’m wondering the same.

      • Everyone keep saying they got money, but the way I see it, it’s all words until I see the gift card. Don’t get me wrong, I already bought 5 and also “won” $25 all in. But I’m keeping my receipts and holding off consuming the chocolates until the gift cards come through. Will get refund if things don’t pan out.

        • Woolies and Coles stopped doing change of mind return for about an year.

          • @naru6705: Is that right? I suppose I would have argue misleading conduct if the gift cards failed to be delivered, since Woolies is partnering with Lindt to provide the gift cards (buy chocolate from Woolies, get Woolies gift card). I'm probably overthinking it.

    I just channeled my inner-Broden at Crows Nest by putting 15 individual purchases through the self-serve checkout. Incidentally products were best before 31 Jul 22 and 30 Nov 22.

    Claim results;
    13 * $5
    1 * $10
    1 * $100

    so $175 GC for an investment of $75 plus 15 bags of free chocolate.

    For some reason got 10 times EDR points on each purchase so earnt 900 points (15 * 60) plus the system got confused and awarded me 2 lots of $10 and has now set my points balance to zero when it should probably be minus several hundred.

    4 of my claims got denied although they were in 5 separate transactions and receipts :(
    Will be returning them to Woolies, hopefully no issues there …

    Lindt staff were just lazy, they didn't check each receipt properly but no use arguing with them.
    Shame, they are nice choccies …

          • @Altashi: same for me ……. they didn't check the rewards points …… each is different so different receipts, seems a problem if all you have is chocolate on receipt as they look the same unless you check details ……

        No you probably did not mess up. Many people have received that message in error. Complain to [email protected] and they will review your entry.

      Website is still up but would expect meetings are taking place at Lindt to work out how they are going to extricate themselves from this mess.

      I think some of those that lodged on the 9th have received emails .
      Most of us went on the 10th and no emails .

      • When I said scored giftcards, that meant, won them. But not anymore, now I have lost them, just like so many others. They have now sent the first two emails saying I didn't follow T&Cs, what a load of bull. No doubt, my 3 remaining entries, will get the same email. What a dishonest and poor manner this comp is being run. So disappointed.

      See the comments on the Woolworths post. They aren't paying out a lot of entries purchased after the 9th. People getting rejection emails instead of e-gift cards.

        I would stop submitting (and use other personal info) if the 1st won is $100. The bastard cant deny a single claim.

        • According to a Facebook post, someone's single entry, single receipt submission was denied. I think there is a third party PR company responsible for the validation of entries. They could be up to mischief with the $850,000 worth of gift cards they are supposed to be awarding….

    Just got the claim denied email, no reason, just that I didn’t meet the terms and the promoter can deny the claim at their sole discretion.

    If that is truely possible there must be something the ombudsman or ACCC can do, it is essentially a scam.

          my claim have been rejected reason: reprinted duplicate receipt due to woolies self checkout have no docket roll left at time of purchase. its reprinted because they need to get a new roll to the checkout machine

          Im now in all boil blood to shoot them back via support to validate back my claim. denied by this is ridiculous! all in for complaint to whoever watchdog to this promoter, so ACCC then, will be in touch

    What a dodgy promotion! Those shonky ppl have denied all my claims despite doing everything as per their own t & c. They gave no reasons.

    I can't recall any other promotion being so dodgy. Lindt needs to be ashamed of their dodgy behaviour.

    Reason: The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of the Terms and Conditions.

    Not impressed. It was a legitimate entry. Entered 11/02/22 😠

    • I got my rejection saying the receipt had no date or receipt number. Which as you can imagine it actually has!

      So I emailed back and I got an approval email but no gift card yet. Says it may take up to 7 days WTF

      Yeah, I was 10th, and nothing. Considering all of the above, I now expect no email from them or to be denied.
      I emailed them a day ago chasing it, attached my 4 receipts, also no response.

    Lindt have even gone as far now as taking down the Facebook post promoting this competition, everything else on their Facebook is still as usual.
