    My woolworths had little pamphlets next to these chocolates today advertising the competition. Yuck.

    What a joke from this promoter. I have my claims rejected today with reason: Duplicate receipt.

    so the self serve checkout at woolworths I went to have no docket roll left at the time of my purchase. I asked the operator to reprint the receipt because I needed for this claim. The receipt on top have a 'Duplicate Receipt' on top of the docket. then lindt promoter rejected this claim because of this.

    will send them a message about it nonetheless. tell me this is a pathetic dodgy promoter if reject a claim not to paid out due to this.

    Received all 15 of my claims this morning at 7.12am. I was somewhat surprised given the experience of others. The receipts I submitted were the pdf receipts from the EDR app.

    I just got declined said Reason: Receipts do not contain receipt numbers or dates. What a joke I sent in photo of the entire Woolworths receipt? From top to bottom and it has a very clear date and receipt number, has anyone else got this too?

      The whole thing is a farce. I entered a week ago and a few days later got a decline email. Hubby entered same time as me and only recently received an email saying they are taking time to validate and will be another two to three business days. I emailed back about mine because it was my only entry and no reason was provided.

      For a company that only needs to read receipts from Woolworths, they appear very, very challenged. Got the same. Lindt has lost a customer.

      I got 2 claims rejected with this reason even though I submitted PDFs of Woolworth e-receipt. I replied back to the rejection email on the 19/2/2022 but have not received a reply.

    I have sent some emails asking for my legit wins to be awarded to me without further delay (denied all my claims for no reason). Let's see what new BS they come up with this time!

    From my 5 valid entries, they denied 3 of them. 2 of them; just saying didn't follow the T&Cs, and the other 1 'Reason: Has not provided original Woolworths receipts'

    All total garbage. I have since replied, providing the 5 valid receipts plus a very nicely worded email. Tonight I will sit and lodge official complaint as it is clear this company is not following their own T&Cs.

    Merged from Lindt Square Buy a Pack N Spin Competition

    Hey all, as per a few weeks ago there was a competition where you buy a pack of Lindt caramel squares, spin and win upto $100, I did 4 packs, spun up 5,5,5,10.

    Got the $10 voucher and that all, even though submitted receipt like the other 3 submissions.

    Anyone else have same issue with Lindt not paying up all the wins??

    I bought different stuff each time so there would be no chance they could claim duplicate receipts as the values were all different after looking at some others' experiences. Used EDR PDF receipts

    Received 4/5 gift cards - $100, $10, and 2x $5. Two were emailed earlier on and the next two were delivered via SMS. Just waiting on the last $5. Thanks OP :-).

    I staggered my entries over different days and each receipt had one or two other items included, so not sure whether this helped avoid rejections.
