I don't think any Coles store in SA do, but Churchill Centre Coles has a Liqourland next door to it which is about as close as you'll get.

I can't get SAVE20 to stack.
I've tried applying it before using CHEERS20, so that it applies while my order is >$200 (it's $207). It does apply (brings my order to $187), but then when I subsequently add CHEERS20, the double 20% applies and the CHEERS20 discount comes off (brings my order to ~$132, instead of $119 if they both worked).
Anyone got this to work?
It works but final order totals must be over the respective thresholds after coupons are applied(ie must be >$250 for free ship & over $200 for SAVE20)

Yes. Final order total must be >$200 after both coupon codes are applied.

I ran a dummy check-out. Only voucher CHEERS20 needs to be applied and the total after the 20%+20% discount needs to be >$200 for the SAVE20 voucher to work.
How each of them then subsequently applies doesn't make sense, but the difference in minimal.
I won't bother ordering more, CHEERS20 will do for me. I don't have the need to justify a bigger purchase. I've just stocked up on a Penfolds and a few champagnes.

This is a technical error. You need to ring customer service who will transfer you to the technical team who only work 7am-7pm Mon to Fri. They will then unlock it for you. I can't understand why I'm 2022 this shit still happens.

To really test it.
I put $680 booze in my cart + $100 worth of peanut butter.
SAVE20 applies, but says 'not yet qualified'.
CHEERS20 code applied twice with maximum discount of $50 x 2 applied at the $300 mark. So the extra $380 in this scenario would have no discount.
Weird thing is the first CHEERS20 code max's out at $50 with a $250 spend, while the second code is only at $40 with the $250 spend (which gives you around 36% off). This is the maximum % discount value.
If you go the full $300, then only the second CHEERS20 adds on discount. So you will end up with 33% off.
Summary $250 spend @ 36% off or $300 spend @ 33% off. After $300 no more discount is applied.
