Seems like a good tv considering 75inch Oled is way more $$$$

Will take several weeks/months to be delivered. I’m still waiting after Boxing Day sales for my ‘in stock’ QN90A 65” to be delivered due to manufacturer delays.

  • Nooooo… I want VA vs IPS/ADS chat 😅😂🤣

Friends don't let friends buy IPS TVs. Not to mention that the 77" OLED has been within $1000 of this.

      • Lol, noted 😅 Hence all the drama tryna find the ones with VA panels, lol.

      • I think OLED is out for me as it'll be in a super bright room 🤔 prob prefer to get the 85" QN85A

        • 300nits is still plenty bright for most indoor environments, especially when combined with the excellent anti-reflective coating applied to OLEDs.

It's not 1200nits though and there definitely is an appeal to having a blisteringly bright screen in a sun-drenched room.

  • Great Price! So can we walk into JB/HN/GG with this to price match? If so, why wait with this back order?
(Apologies if that's just obviously what people are doing)

Most won't price match a backorder, that's the whole point of having stock vs having to wait

Last time JB refused to match a VideoPro price and tried to tell me it was grey import.

$4000 tv with 1 year warranty. Hard pass.

      • Have you tried an implied warranty claim recently? I've had a retailer tell me they'd rather go to court as they can then use a court order to get money back from the manufacturer. Manufacturers should stand behind their products and give them warranties in line with their expected life. We as consumers should be smart enough to not buy products with insufficient warranties.

        • Fair call. Yeah nah never had an issue personally, but haven't used this defence much. Actually, the times I have just used the words "consumer law" they've instantly backed down, lol. Could be diff in other states though. And obvs the person you're dealing with. And how strong your defence/confidence is.
But yeah, I agree, the manufacturers should cover it. I haven't look into it, but they prob offer longer warranty if you register or something?

  • Available for $3420 (incl extra 5% - PLUSMAR5) on Ebay from PowerlandAU BUT delivery only to Greater Sydney.

  • Just looked into this for a friend and contacted VideoPro. They have 6 units on the way at $3950. However they won't deliver to Adelaide, so was a bust for him.
