  I noticed you jacked up your textbook prices by at least 10% in Jan. I know this is true, because I was about to purchase when the items in my cart all jumped in value..

  Prior to that increase, your 20% off sale was genuine.

  Now it’s a textbook case of deceptive and misleading conduct.

  Any reason why some books are 'In stock - Leaves in 10-13 business days'?
  Am I able to cancel my order before the my book is dispatched in case I need it earlier than expected?

    Some of the books are printed once the order is placed. At Zookal, we provide a 10-day courtesy eTextbooks to all customers so that they can still study while waiting for the textbook to arrive.

  Bought two textbooks through zookal, they arrived within a week. One of the books had a booktopia bookmark concealed inside in a random page. Presumably zookal is reshipping from booktopia, I can’t complain though as it was about 30% cheaper.
