    Combo Deals 5% off

    Joke post ?

    Are there any bargains ?

    • Thanks jv :) We source all of our products direct from Expobar in Melbourne and Espresso Mechanics who are the registered agent for Nuova Simonelli. We can match or take a further 5% off any deal you may find.

        Are there any bargains ?

        • Example - Buy Nuova Simonelli Oscar2 Professional (with OPV kit preinstalled) for $1459, and Eureka Mignon Manuale Grinder $459, and get 5% off the grinder value ( bring price down to $436.05), + free shipping + free 1kg bag of our Cafe Farmer Blend coffee (value $39).

          • @Happyfarmer: Then put it in the title along with the actual price ($1895.05) and $$ savings vs. your usual price. The current "deal" is vague advertising.

              • @Happyfarmer: I think you misunderstood. You put the details of the actual example bundle and how much it costs. It's currently implying that you can buy any of those machines and any grinder for that price. Honestly, I think you need to unpublish this deal and read the actual guidelines on how OzBargain posts work, then maybe try again?

          • @Happyfarmer: So saving $23 on a $1918 order? That's under a 2% discount. Sorry but we need much better than that in these here parts to be impressed.

  • Nuova COFFEE machine and Eureka GRANDER are excent combo.

Wish can have more discount in the future deal.

    • Thanks lwzdew :) We source all of our products direct from Expobar in Melbourne and Espresso Mechanics who are the registered agent for Nuova Simonelli. We can match or take a further 5% off any deal you may find.

Only on Machine and Grinder combo's. Starting from nearly $2k, and still >5% more than the competitors

    • Thanks Garth:) We source all of our products direct from Expobar in Melbourne and Espresso Mechanics who are the registered agent for Nuova Simonelli. We can match or take a further 5% off any deal you may find.

If you buy the cheapest coffee machine ($1,459), and the most expensive grinder ($799), the biggest discount you can get is $39.95 on a $2,258 spend…

edit: I forgot to factor in the $39 bag of coffee

    • Thanks Brentonc, we also offer freeshipping. We also price match any other deals you may find,

As the lack of price in title suggests, this is about as far from being a "bargain" as you can get. The machines are way overpriced.

    • Thats the standard model

      • +1

No it's not - I suggest you look again. $1,325 for standard / $1,395 for pro.

        • -3

Good luck getting at that price. They hold funds for whole order, even if 1 item is preorder and other is not. Also that price doesnt include shipping, alsp won't be honoured based off new prices from Espresso Mechanics the exclusive importers and new rrp.

@Happyfarmer: Dude don't get angry that I found a better price by a quick google search. Alternative Brewing are a great company I have ordered off them before and the price is what is stated on their site and not a pre-order. Shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 -I didn't even shop for codes for their site which i can usually find.
Your post today is just advertising and not a deal. Just learn from the experience and come back stronger next time, that is all.

You offered it at $1395 before and got few upvotes, I can understand if your price has gone up (everything has), just add something a bit spicier next time

            • @tnarg: Thanks. Not getting angry at all. Everyone's prices have gone up unfortunately. Ill get back with some better deals soon!

          • @Happyfarmer: Oh hey thanks for the condescending attitude, I know it is so inconceivable that someone might have a better price than you (not least of all AB which is a very reputable store).

      • It is the professional (with OPV kit preinstalled)

  • Yep- a discount of about 2% is not a bargain. Please don't waste our time thinking this is an opportunity for free advertising. For guidance, it will be a bargain if there is almost no profit for you - I.e. you need to move the stock for cash flow so that you can get in new stock.

  • I'd love a minore IV, but it would need to be a killer deal e.g 20% off regular price

    • Call for a further discount on the minore mate.

  • not a bargain, as mention seems like an advertising opportunity

  • +1

So basically, you offer around the same price as everyone else, and offer basically the same deal as everyone else.

You need to sharpen your pricing and provide some "wow" to be taken seriously. For example:
    Expobar Minore IV $2692.8
    https://www.happyfarmerorganics.com/collections/coffee-machi…

    $2639 with free tamper
    https://www.coffee-a-roma.com.au/store/p39/Expobar_Minore_IV…

But the reality is, almost all "proper" machine suppliers don't discount much, and have few actual sales. If you can provide proper savings then people on here will be happy to support you. Otherwise, most people are going to be buying Breville Dual Boilers for sub $1000, and Smart Grinder Pros for ~$200. Or we can get proper Eureka grinders from K Bean during ebay sales, or from that mob in Italy that mails it here for cheap.

    • very true, i am going to go the sub $1000 route

  • Thanks all. We will have some better deals on equipment very soon.
