    Anyone know if the puma RS9.8s are coming back? Got some for 30 odd at DFO Canberra and they have been the best shoes but got the RS x? And they were horrible. Only ones I can find are on ebay for 150 odd

      I'm sure you could run in them casually, probably not if you're running 5x a week. Seems like something you would wear for cross fit

          midsole foam seems to be garbage, wouldn't be surprised if someone got plantar fasciitis after using these for a while. These are just advertised as runners to sell more haha, have a world of options compared to these if you want actual runners.

              @justtoreply: not health advice so take this with a grain of nothing. Depends if you've gotten this from sport or from work, regardless, from what I've seen, it usually comes down to form and actually cushioned shoes.

              So if it's derived from running you want to land moreso on your midsole and for shoes, you just something meant for running (try looking for reviews on runrepeat. Maybe try the brooks line such as the adrenaline gts/ghost/glycerin.
