  • do these stay in while exercising?

    • 100%. There are different fittings included and it is by far my most favourite for the gym

    • I find I have to push my left one in a little which means an accidental mode switch - not ideal on treadmill!

But overall very good and no issues with sweat to date (I've been using in gym since lockdown ended in Sydney, since October.

I'm very happy with mine and this is a sharp price. ANC is good for buds (obviously not as good as over ear), sound quality good and improved with the addition of EQ in the app. I didn't like how they changed ANC to modal rather than just sliding scale (you can move between full ANC and full transparency and set up 4 modes for situations like commute, gym, quiet etc.

Sound quality is crisp, clear but default settings lack punch in the bass. You can change that.

Connectivity is good, battery is outstanding - both in comparison to the Sennheiser momentum 1 I previously had.

The case is a bit bulky in comparison but you get the battery life in exchange for that.

I haven't tried the Sony's as comparison, but I have a lot of other headphones for a lot of different situations.

    • Totally agree with your review. Only thing I would add is the max volume on these are fantastic. Maybe I've given my eardrums too much of a beating, but I find many other headphones/earphones not loud enough.

      • agree with that

    • Can you disable touch control via app? I really don't like touch control…

  • price is sharp, but these are 1.5 years old already, shouldn't we start seeing under $200 prices already?

Same price on Bose's website. I'd prefer buying from there, to be covered under their 90-day trial policy. Especially with earbuds where fit can be very subjective.

Oh…OK thanks for your post !

  • anyone used these compared to the old QC20? ( i absolutely loved those, after 7 or so yrs.. they've disintegrated.)

i found the qc20's had better ANC than the equivalent over ears at the time, and the fit was fantastic.

  • Shows as $295 ? Seems like price has gone up.
