After a long wait, our Amazon store has finally arrived some goods, so we have put on our first deal this year, which is very wide-ranging and has great discounts. As I mentioned earlier, only a few shipments have arrived, so this is the first but also the last big deal this summer and autumn.

    PRICE in title

  • +2

Probably works out cheaper from aliexpress with discounts and cash back.

    • +4

I know this gets said repeatedly, but I believe Amazon would be easier to deal with returns, defects, or refunds

    • +2

Their upgraded 2 man cycling tent comes to $159 including shipping on AliExpress FYI.

Amazon seems like better value considering returns guarantee and fast shipping?

      • +1

Of course my friends.Amazon ship from Amazon AU store.Quicker than aliexpress and more convenience at service.

      • More over,if you have some problems on our product, you can send us email and we will be willing to help you out.

      • -1

        $159 USD≈$220AUD

        • $159 price I quoted was in AUD vs your $155 AUD for the same item

        • When is your amazon au store getting 2 man cycling tent in 20d?

          • @dekaiser: Sorry, 2 man cycling tent had out of our store and will not come back.

              • @dekaiser: Sry sir,there's still got some two man cycling tent 20D left in stock.And it's on going 7DD,now $127.2(was $159).I thought it's 210T,so I told you it was sold out.But I checked it today,I found that its 20D but A+shows 210T(A+ is wrong).So,sry again.

                • @Naturehike Official: Ohh, hmm I've been looking for more ultralight and probably more interested in the naturehike spire tent. But I don't think you stock that.

    • Shipping from Amazon was crazy fast for me, it was like 3 days to Tassie…

  • +1

I have and used Cloud up 1. Great little tent for the price

    • +1

Thanks for your support of our products.Wish you a wonderful day

    • It is a good little tent but with me being over 6' with dodgy knees I struggle a bit with the end entry, I prefer a side entry, but that's more an issue with me rather than the tent… and there's not a great deal of head room when sitting up, getting clothes on and such, which is kinda expected from a compact 1-person tent…

  • I own several of their tents and other gear and can vouch for excellent quality and value. I'm sure I have seen better pricing at times though.

    • Thanks for your support of our products. But this time,it's the first and the last big deal in summer and autumn.Because of the shipping time cost, our products need much more time to land AU.So, we haven't much left.

      • Yes, actually I got mine years ago, so everything was cheaper back then.

  • what is the difference between the upgraded and non-upgraded one? and is this the upgraded one?

    • I think for most of the upgrade vs. none upgrade is the material from 210T to 20D. Upgraded to be lighter but same strength.

      • Cool! thank you :)

    • +2

10D lighter than 15D,15D lighter than 20D,20D lighter than 210T.

      • Thank you :)

    • Nope not the material. Rep should know this. The upgraded one has better pole structure. The original one could get wobble in cross winds. Upgraded is better frame. You can get the upgraded various material weights, the frame is the same for all upgrade models. I don't think make the non-upgraded anymore. If weight is key, go the 20D or 10D. Mine is 20D as that was the lightest when I got it a few years ago. light but still strong.

      • gotcha, thank you :)

  • I couldnt find the listing so I'm assuming there are no tables in stock?
    https://www.naturehike.com/collections/chair-table-bed/produ…

    • +1

Sorry for that.In fact, table we haven't left in stock. But this month,we will send it to AU stock. And if things go well,it will on selling at about July.

3 mins of rough Cloudup-1 20D video from my first trip out with it:
    https://youtu.be/ohkzHwSVUYQ

I haven't used it in rough weather yet but I assume it would be just as weather tight as my 20D Lanshan-2 I've used quite a bit…

    Cloud-up 1, 20D total = 1521 grams, (with tags & plastic bags removed)

    Footprint groundsheet = 196g
    Tent inner, fly + poles + bag = 1181g
    12 Pegs + bag + guy-lines = 144g

      tic tac condiment container….good idea!

  • @FLICKIT
Thanks for the vid. Do you get much condensation problems?

what's the powder in the tic tac containers?

    • what's the powder in the tic tac containers?

      ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

      • +1

Black pepper in one, cayenne pepper in the other, those crappy meals need a bit of extra bite ! .. I often add dehydrated peas to bulk them out (boiled up before adding), and in real cold weather I add some olive oil for the calories..

    • +1

Very little so far but it usually depends on the weather and where you camp, I've only done 5 nights in it so far.. .

My Lanshan-2 4-season with the solid inner is shocking for condensation which is part of the reason I purchased the Cloudup for warmer weather use… (and for the smaller footprint for off-track use where it's often hard finding a spot big enough for the Lanshan)..

      • +1

Thanks. the single skins can be pretty bad for condensation. I have a tarptent double rainbow which basically needs an add-on suspended liner to catch the drips.
There appear to be a few reviews of condensation problems with the cloud, but fixable by not touching the sides - don't let ya inner touch your outer.

For warmer weather tight off-track use, I can recommend a hammock. I've used my warbonnet blackbird in some spots you would never dream of pitching a tent.

        • The Lanshan-2 4-season is double layer, a solid inner and the fly, the 3-season version has a mesh inner like the Cloudup, there's no condensation issues inside the 4-season but the underside of the fly gets soaked, it's a pain to pack up wet, it annoys me, I don't mind when a 4-season is needed, but it's a pain when a 3-season with mesh inner is fine… I considered just buying the 3-season mesh inner for the Lanshan but I also wanted the smaller footprint which is why I got the cloudup-1…

I've tried a hammock but they don't work for me, I'm a side sleeper and if I don't have a very firm flat mattress I end up with horrid back and hip issues, everything needs to be aligned… Plus I like pretty much everything inside the tent with me so the possums, quolls, devils, and native carnivorous marsupials don't chew through or run off with my gear, lol

    • The cloud ups are very good on the condensation front. I have a couple of cloud ups and the inner mesh does it's job very well. I had an earlier naturehike that was no inner at all, just a single layer and everything was drenched by morning even with no rain. I don't know they make that one anymore. cloudup are awesome value, function and quality. It blew my mind when I got my 20D cloudup 2.

Thanks great to hear. Can you comment on the single layer models like below? 1100gm without the snow skirt piece seems amazingly light.

Is this a membrane fabric (like gortex copy) or just thin plastic that requires huge ventilation?

        https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B07PMCLD9K?th=1

        • Just as you see, single layer and double layer the biggest differences are condensation and weight.Single are lighter but double are better at condensation. It's depends on your need.VIK sells great in USA but not good in AU.The tent fly is made of 15D silicone coated nylon, waterproof index up to PU2000MM+; Under tent is made of 20D silicone coated nylon, waterproof index up to PU4000MM+; Footprint is made of 150D Oxford cloth, waterproof index:PU3000mm+. Reinforced professional aluminium rod with aluminium triangular stakes allow this hiking tent to withstand stronger winds.
