    I'm not so sure. Not many solid top acoustic guitars for less than high 200's.

    Best go to a music store to find one within your budget.

    Unless you know how to adjust the action/setup of a guitar, best to get the store to recommend one and/or setup the action for you.

    It'll make learning to play easier

      True …. but you won’t find a solid top with bone nut/saddle at anywhere near that price.
      Lowering the action can be as simple as flat sanding a few mm off the bottom of the saddle but a local store should be able to arrange this if you lack confidence to do it yourself, or if the nut needs further filing.
      Artist also have a great returns policy too if the buyer decides it not right for them.

    These are a great quality guitar, particularly for the price. These would be great for a adult learner, and will last years to come.
