    Worst customer service in Australia's history. Family have made various orders recently. &&#@ups outnumber actual items delivered. Wife made an order only weeks ago - shoes rocked up that could not have been more different to what was ordered. Customer service doesn't move. Their social media is flooded with hundreds of people saying the same thing. I don't know what on earth is going on but right now at least they are absolutely out of control.

    Order now for delivery after 3 months. I ordered a few stuff early December and just got them yesterday. One of them wrong size.

    Be careful - You'll only get exchange or store credit (for Rivers branded items only) if you want to return to a store. Otherwise you'll have to mail it back to their warehouse (at your cost):

    "If you made an online order and you change your mind, we will provide you with a refund only if you return your purchase to the RIVERS Warehouse."

    … It's not clear where that warehouse is, either.
