roll your face with tiny needles while being illuminated by a red LED…
this looks like an amazing idea..

"The Dermal Roller is an excellent proven home-solution for diminishing signs of aging"
please provide links to this 'proof', so we can see what a true bargain this $110 saving is…

The needles don't bother me but I think I look better under blue LEDs. Wonder if you can change the colour.

    • Hi SBOB,

      Hope you're well.

Below is a link providing you with first information from our supplier.

  • looks like a gimmick, sounds like a gimmick. Where there is smoke there is fire…

If this sort of thing really worked we would all look like teenagers with baby soft skin.

    But its absolute rubbish!

I am negging this because its not going to do what the merchant says it will - so its misrepresented

    24 hours my foot!

    • Hi Natt,

      Thanks for your comment.

I think this is my favourite line
"If you have any problems from using the roller please contact your doctor or skin care specialist"

although this is a close second
"Research has shown that this combination accelerates healing, reduces ageing and stimulates collagen production within 24 hours"

when you say research, is that mean you googled it, it came up with your website which says it's true, thus research backs this? I haven't seen it on ACA or TT, so I'm sceptical.

Alas Mr ShowDeals, you've targeted the wrong audience here.

    Don't ever come back.

  • I think I saw a 10 dollar one of these (with blue instead of red) on googles shopping search…

    • but everyone knows that
Research has shown that photons from blue LEDs are less effective at removing money from gullible buyers than red LEDs…
      :)

    Hi Noraneko,

I think we have done well with pricing as we have seen it up on Love it Up for $69 so we believe we have provided a good price on this.

These days with all the copies out there it wouldnt suprise us if you have seen it.

    Hey Guys,

The supplier we represent is http://www.facialspecialist.com.au which offer these treatments at there store and would also be able to provide first hand information on their website.

At the same time we don't mean to offend or mislead anyone so from our side we would be more than happy to refund anyone if this product does not meet its requirements.

    I like this

"Do not share the roller as it should be used solely used by the same person"

so don't just get conned into buying one of this, buy multiple units.

    Hi Haz,

    Thanks for your comment.

The reason behind this is as the product has micro needles which will go through your skin, our supplier does not reccomend to share this for health reasons.

    • Is there a way to sterilise the device?, it sounds concerning that you have to stab your skin and reuse on yourself only, because there is a risk of contaminating others.

  • Hi Haz,

Each skin roller is packed in a sealed tube in a sealed plastic package to provide you with a clean and safe experience.

    • Is it just me or does

      contradict:

      ?

  • Here is also a link from our suppliers page explaining it further http://www.facialspecialist.com.au/products.html

Also if anyone has any questions you may also contact the supplier directly as they would be more than happy to answer any questions as well.

Damn, purchased one the other day for $149…. … …wtf.

    • Hi Scott,

      Really?

Where did you purchase it from if you don't mind me asking?

      • Hahaha, no. I don't think anyone would purchase this?

        • Perhaps ppl from the group that injects poison into their face or burns off layers off of it with lasers. :)

  • from the linked site
    "How does it work?
The LED Dermal Roller has 540 extremely fine needles, they penetrate the skin just enough to stimulate collagen and elastin production. This leads to the thickening of the skin and smoothing of wrinkles and scars. The channels that are opened in the skin due to the needle action also help in increasing the absorption of serums and topical creams used in one's daily beauty routine"

nothing like thickening of the skin to really sell it to the ladies.. ;)

though funnily enough this might make a great addition to the kitchen and help make your pork crackling really crispy :)

    • Hi SBOB,

hahah i guess when it comes to beauty these days, we all go through a little pain to keep ourselves looking great.

On the other hand i must say pork crackle sounds yum.. lol :)

  • +1

hmm…. so this produces lots and lots of tiny scars….. which, in theory, I guess would tighten the skin

  • "•Caution: Irritated skin, infected skin, fungal skin, active ****acne****, rosacea, and Hereditary Hemochromatosis, etc are not fit to use"

+"•Reduces and softens ****acne***** or surgical scars"

    = Neg.

Oh, and "•The Dermal Roller is an excellent proven home-solution for diminishing signs of aging (wrinkles and fine lines"

^Proven where and how? I would like to see some qualified scientific research.

    False advertising and scam.

  • Hi Somethingguy,

Thanks for your comment however here is anthoer product review from another supplier.

    http://www.advancednaturalmedicine.com.au/product_info.php?p…

Also it would be wise not to use this product on a infected skin area.

Our intentions are not to scam or false advertise any products on our site.

if you have any more questions please dont hesitate to contact our supplier at www.facialspecialist.com.au

    • +1

I see no review, which would not matter anyway. That link has absolutely no authority, is poorly written and again suggests "Clinical evidence" and "Research". If you do not wish to mislead anyone, then please do not advertise a product where its effect either positive or negative cannot be certain.

      • Like we said, who ever buys this product and is not satisfied or feels it does not meet their expectations we would be more than happy to offer a refund.

At the end of the day we are a daily deal site that promotes businesses and there products as part of a marketing campaign.

So your feedback is much appreciated.

        Thanks,

  • Somethingguy,
What people are asking for and you are failing to provide is empirical evidence that this product performs in the way you you are claiming. "Product reviews" from companies trying to SELL the item are completely biased and therefore useless to potential buyers.

    Hi Johnno,

    Thanks for your feedback.

The link below has first hand information on a scientific and a customers point of view.

    http://www.derma-rollers.com/24/derma-roller-faqs?gclid=CLni…

    • Personally, I'd give up on posting stuff from sites actually selling the things….. the info they have is often not particularly scientific…..
