Desky currently have a Lunar Near Year sale on. Works out cheaper than Omnidesk Pro, if you're in the market for a good standing desk. I went with a Desky and don't regret it one bit. Even with the cable management + 8 power slots it came out cheaper than an XL Omnidesk Pro without any addons.

+1 for desky, girlfriend got one last year and it's a really nice setup.

I regret going with Zen Deskspace, feels like they charge a premium for their accessories eg cable management is way overpriced (haven't come across any discounts) and I can't find anyone else who makes the same width size alternative.

      • I paid $1,187.93 for:

        Height adjustable bamboo desk, 750x1800
        Cable management tray
        2 x 4 plug power ports

The Omnidesk XL starts at $1,250 for the same size as the Zen, before adding anything on. Still cheaper.

Tbh I'm not entirely sure how to access OP's deal. No discount code posted and they start at $900 via their link.

        • Discount is applied in the cart

        • I didn't went with the current deal, I bought mine last year just the frame and thinking they do annual discounts complete system is a rip off in my opinion. Instead I picked a IKEA bamboo desk due to the size constraint of my room. I regret it a bit as I have a big monitor and not nearly enough depth.

    • Do you have a link

    • are you comparing this to the single motor?
tried to compare it with the dual and works out to be more expensive
unless theres a sale promo code im not aware of

    $900! I'll take 3

    Thanks OP, grabbed 5

Does it protect you from omicron?

Yes but only if you have a work from home job

I bought a dual motor frame from amazon which looks exactly the same for $370.. then bought a benchtop from Ikea.. For half the price of this..

    • Which one was this? https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/402794005971?var=673227707870
Is that this one by any chance?

      • Yeah.. that's it.. Same brand.. it's $40 cheaper than amazon too..

        • Which benchtop did you end up buying?
And did you have to put in pilot holes or did you just screw everything without a problem?

I'm thinking about doing something similar :D

          • @Davoo: I already had a custom benchtop… laminate benchtop made from MDF.. 1.8mtr wide by 1.2 mtr deep.. weighs 70kgs.. I had it on 4 legs, and just slid the new motorised frame underneath, raised it and drilled holes in the bottom and screwed it in.. was very straight forward.

So, OP, is it $900 (in the title) or $600 (in your description)?

    • not sure how that happened - updated
think mods took away the “$300 off” and put a price per guidelines

  • Good old Kogan 3 Section is going strong for $309. I had to buy 2 x IKEA cable organiser, other than that it’s pretty impressive.

  • I bought from elite furniture last year. 180cm for $730. Have been using it and no regrets, no complaints

    • Hi @AkiraSaito - I was looking at standing desks too. Do you find the boost electric you got from elite officefurniture ok without the PowerPoints and other accessories that other desks charge you? Or you get away with just using a power board and other items? I was looking at the normal scalloped so keen to hear how you find the pricing. The quality when raised is sturdy and no faults?

Was your shipping times quite long?

The one I was looking at:
