  Dropshipping company with horrendous and almost non-existent customer support. Ghosted me to try delay the '30-day guarantee' for a faulty electronic drum kit, causing me to file a Paypal claim. Took me 2 months to get my money back even with Paypal. They send a return address in China, expecting you to front the shipping bill (which is ridiculous especially for instruments). They then send a return address in the USA, leading to further confusion. Be warned.

    It's a volume thing right? Ever look at an eBay seller that does thousands of transactions a month? Feedback page full of negative reviews, but still a good rating overall. The negatives don't seem to impact or outweigh the positives.
