[WA] Free Red Bull Ruby 250ml @ 7-Eleven (App Required)

70

Same deal as this post but they have delayed it a week for WA most likely because it's taken longer to get the stock here into stores, thanks to South Australia's recent moist train track issue.

Simply scan your card barcode in store. No purchase required.

Not sure if it's targeted, shows up in mine and 2 other people's accounts I know of.

I saved the rewards 2 days ago and this morning still there, now gone and no new offer

    • me 2! the offer was still in APP when i took the red bull out of fridge but disappeared instantly when i scan the membership barcode!! kinda embarrassing

      • Yes! I was writing my comment and have just refreshed the page, we happened to be both embarrassed at 7/11's shocking behaviour, all I know is it's left a sour taste in my mouth and I will avoid going there if I can now on.

    • It shows up on the Offers tab for me, there is no need to save it anywhere. Just scan your barcode in store and the price goes to $0.00 on the register.

      • Offers tab or Rewards tab? The deal from yesterday was in the Rewards tab.

I saved the reward 2 days ago and it's now gone and no new offer.

It said "expires 25 February 4:46pm" and I scheduled my day knowing that my reward was there and saved (to visit the 7/11 at 12:15pm) when I got there the offer wasn't there.

I was so embarrassed with the guy scanning my phone and the can and going 'Sorry no can do' with other customers laughing at me thinking I'm probably crazy.

    Thanks 7/11 big up yourself.

    • I think you need to check the title of this post, your profile says you're in Sydney

      • Yes, this current thread is for a WA deal. I was mentioning the deal involving the same can of drink and the same merchant for NSW (7th visit) I saved the deal into my rewards and noted down the expiry being "4:46pm 25 February" but it cleared out much like another user's experience.

  • I posted here as a warning for all WA residents - don't believe what the app says. Get it while you can! (no pun intended)

Look at the NSW thread: "it's strange. only allowing us 1 day to claim, expiry 11:59pm 25th Feb 2022.

normally they give us few days"

For me it was 4:46pm and after making sure the store had stock, I structured my day around getting a can as I really wanted to try one (at lunchtime) but it was then gone.

    • I structured my day around getting a can.

Woolies is selling a 4 pack for $7.50 this week. I get freebies are nice but you must really want this if you're willing to structure your whole day around $2-$3

i'm in WA, managed to save the offer under rewards yesterday, today it was gone. nothing under offers tab either.

    • I keep seeing people saying that they managed to 'save' the offer under rewards…I don't understand how this works.
It just shows up on mine, I did nothing other than open the app and scrolled down past all the usual monthly rewards, it's towards the bottom.

      • normally you have to visit 7 times to get something to save under rewards. sometimes, random freebies appear there, that's what happened with the red bull.

i'm even checking the accounts that i didn't save yesterday's offer to, and it's not there under offers or rewards.

are you sure this isn't the monthly freebie you get from doing those surveys?

        • Yeah I understand how the 7 check-in reward thing works, I used to visit daily to buy a "coffee" every morning, but haven't done so for a good 3-4 months now. This reward just appeared for me so not sure… shrugs

  • I’m in NSW and I was grab it yesterday and just drinking it now 😂

The train issue is just a lie, we are just jealous you have a 7 eleven and we still don't :p

  • Not showing in my app

    • that's because the deal has expired

      • I mean not showing at all (even when it had not expired yet)
