Old Laptop - Where Do You Go to Purchase New Batteries?

So I've got a 4 year old Dell Laptop and the battery has swollen. Dell no longer makes this battery and I'm reluctant to buy any batteries from Ebay and Aliexpress. Any ideas?

    Open the bottom compartment, find the battery model number, google it, buy off a third party seller.

    I have purchased new genuine Dell laptop batteries from APAC notebooks on eBay. The batteries are working well.

        On the mythical third planet from a sun where humans once lived along time ago there was an all knowledgeable computer software that could answer the vast majority of questions asked of it.
        And it was called whichamajig or was it answerall or was it astalavisty or was it googlebox… I need a search engine to answer this and I do not know of one…. bugger

    Ebay batteries are generally okay but they just dont last very long when compared to original batteries.

    PSA Parts, however they can be expensive.

    I bought a Macbook battery off Ebay (or Amazon) for a 2013 unit @ 2 years ago. It's still working okay, but obviously not as good as a current model M1. ;)
