There's always one. What's the issue?

Guys I bought yet another watch from Avi-8 less than two weeks ago. If you're interested in the watch but have "concerns", private message me and I'll send you the Fedex tracking number of my Blakeslee Bronze Oak watch that arrived last Thursday.

Looks good but you're in the wrong place. Maybe a sports community? Earth's mightiest tightarses resides here. You're not going to pass easily asking for $270 for a run of the mill Seiko quartz movement on an unknown brand.

That said, bonus points for the Fedex shipping

Why does your name come up with. “Marketing” badge? Are you associated with this company?

3rd Party Marketing - you work for a company hired by the store to promote their products or their online presence (including SEO)
Official Marketing - you are part of sales & marketing/advertising of the store itself

      • So all the carry on about fedex shipping and how he will send the tracking data is a bit of a distraction as he is not really a customer/ozbargain member but a schiller for the company?

    • I'm just a dude from Perth who likes their products and have signed up for an affiliate account where I get a kickback if people use my link and/or promo code. That's why I selected the option "third party marketing" to be as transparent as possible.

    A couple of things.
    1) (personal opinion) it's damn ugly
    2) if someone is going to spend that money for a quartz you're better off going direct with seiko, bulova or citizen. Even the casio deals are better value. If this was a mechanical for that price it would still be a hard sell against the seiko 5's

      Totally respect your opinion :D
This watch is inspired by WW2 fighter aircraft. My personal opinion is that it looks awesome, but that's totally subjective and influenced by the face that I'm an aviation fanatic.
I own a $5000 Breitling and also own this. They are fashion accessories. In the case of a Breitling, you're paying for both technical excellence and fashion. In the case of the Avi-8 you're just paying for design/fashion. If you are into watches, $600 is the starting price for something like an entry level Tissot, so $275 is in the cheap watch price range. If you're not into watches, $275 is probably in the medium price range.

      • Ha, you're speaking my language now lol.
Also i guess its better to compare this to the japanese brands as it uses a japanese movement
My longines spirit chronograph is a pilot watch as well. I definitely love my watches and have no shame in spending money on a good watch.
I was always on the fence of getting a Breitling Super avenger , but to spend that money on a watch which isn't a dress watch seemed like a crazy thing to do.
Hence why i am more interested in Grand seiko's for the upper tier watches
