    These really are super comfortable thongs though. But $50 is a bit much. I buy a few $1 all black ones from Kmart and they last me the year for dagging around the house. These really are a level up though, I had a pair years back and if they came up for $30 I'd grab a pair for when I wanna venture out and not have a blowout or get blisters ect. Very comfortable!

    Yep, having coming from another expensive brand, Reef, I think these thongs are worth it and are more comfortable than all of the Reef thongs.

    I need to wear orthotics in my shoes and was told I couldn't wear thongs again. In Brisbane, no thongs in summer is torture so I still wear thongs sometimes. I came across these about a year ago when looking online for best thongs. They are really really comfortable and I can walk in them all day. I was able to get mine for $40 at DFO Brisbane at Escape 2. Obviously not going to have a whole range of sizes or colours and may not be that price right now, but maybe if you are in the area take a look and try them on.

        We were very worried for a while but it worked out OK. The next day when we looked at where the water got up to we were quite relieved. It's hard to tell how high things are in the dark. I can only imagine what it's like for people who really are in danger of flooding as we were almost panicking and we hardly got wet (comparatively). We had 200+ mm over 24 hrs which is a lot, but some other suburbs had double that. We will make some changes to our garden so that if it rains like that again then we are less likely to get flooded the same way.
