  • I have been on the phone with Samsung for a few hours now and they are flatly rejecting that I will be able to keep the discount if I return some of the items. They are saying this is it will default back to regular price shown on the particular EPP? Is this true? I have asked them to cancel the lot but still interested if I can keep the phone and tablet.

  • You can cancel the items you don't want and keep the items you want, price won't change. They might be trying to cancel the whole order and do a new order for you in that case price will change.

    Just ask them to amend the order.

    • That is weird, I have spoken to two different agents and they both have said the same thing.

  • Still waiting on my order since 30th Mar. Absolutely no movement on order status.

  • Ordered on 28th Mar, recevied phone couple of weeks back, received Tab S8+ yesterday.. Still no refund for cancelled buds and watch.. Calling Samsung 1300 number is a joke, call gets ended straight away even before connecting.. Live chat is also joke.. Has anyone been able to contact Samsung to get their order update? Has anyone received refund for cancelled items?

    • Glad I just sold the unwanted items on Gumtree. Quicker/ better than the refund and actually got a bit more than what you would get for the refund. Just waiting for my phone now.

    • Go through technical support or one of the other menus and ask to be transferred to online sales.

  • Samsung customer service is a joke, there is no way to connect to online sales. Have been calling them as well as trying to chat, no luck at all.
    My order is still not process for customisation since day 1. They have taken the money already but there is no way to know when the order will be shipped. Waiting since 30th Mar, it's quite frustrating.

      when you call try selecting a different selection other than online sales, they will redirect you, when i called to cancel an order that was the only way for me to actually speak to someone without getting hung up on.

  • I did get through them but wait was too long over an hour. I was told my phone was shipped from overseas yesterday but they are not sure when it will arrive.
    My order status hasn't changed since day 1, so assuming they don't bother to update the order status.

      What number did you dialed and what selection you did? I must be doing something wrong, call gets ended immediately after I select either online sales or technical support..

      • Try option 9 then 4. I got in immediately and found someone helpful and didnt get transferred.
        Its probably hit and miss as I have been trying to contact them as well for several times using different option and being transferred to other team and always got hung up, very frustrating.

        My order was never updated for 4 weeks and the person immediately updated it to preparing for dispatch. Not sure when I will receive it though.

          Thanks, I have tried option 9 then 4 hundreds of times, everytime call straight away gets ended after selecting option 4 even before customer service person gets connected (tried option 9 then 1 as well, same outcome).. not sure how to contact them now

            Yeah samsung is very bad with their customer support.
            By the way my items end up arriving today despite the status still showing for dispatch. So I dont think they update the status as the parcel consignment says sent on the 14th.
            Purchased mine 30th march bundle.
            Still waiting for my tab s8 though as stock says ship after 28/4 so hopefully this gets shipped soon.

            Maybe you will be getting your parcel shortly as well.

              @zubzero: I already received my 2 items (phone and tab), but no refund for cancelled buds and watch yet.. May be something wrong with my mobile, call to Samsung gets ended every time after selecting any option (called hundreds of times in last 2-3 weeks).. So today I tried calling from wife's mobile and got connected straight away in first attemnt (so managed to talk this time), then again tried calling from my mobile few times and faced same issue again.. Not sure whats issue with my mobile, we both on same network provider.. Now asked Samsung to remove cancellation and send the item instead..
