          • @R3XNebular: I've done it twice already. I canceled my first order because they said they couldn't change the colour and must cancel my order, which I did. I then ordered the bundle and then called them again, no problem at all. They canceled the items I didn't want and didn't have to pay anything extra. I was also told that if the item was already sent, we can request the items you don't need to be sent back and get your money refunded. Are you calling their Online Sale team to do this?

            • @Asaboy: Yea called online team first time and she was concerned cancelling one order would trigger an entire cancellation and told me just to send the items back…

              • @R3XNebular: Might want to try and call again and see if the next Online Sale Team might be able to cancel some of your order. When I told them to cancel an order, they said they will check if it's possible, which it is. The person you talked too has no idea what she's talking about since the two different people I have spoken too said they will see if they can do it, not guess what will happen if they attempt to do it instead.

                Up to you if you believe me, otherwise just send the items you don't need back when it arrives. Either way, you'll get your money back.

  • Im really confused, when i ordered before this deal was made only the watch and buds where in stock and it said it will be posted the 24th of march which was the last item the tab s8 preorder date, i just received tracking number for the phone only completely randomly while all the other things have not been sent despite two of them being in stock even now.

    • Exactly the same scenario for me too

    • I was told on the phone my phone would be sent separately to my tablet/watch/buds, with the later only being shipped when they were all available.

      • If true then the phone is a week late as my shipping date is the 10th of march for the phone.

      • Interesting, my watch has now moved to preparing dispatch. I've given up trying to make sense of it all

    • I can still see the discount. Are you on Govt/Edu account? If yes, remove all items from your cart, logout and then click above govt link to login again and re-add items, you will see the discount. Hope that helps.

  • Sorry if this has been asked before, however just as I was about to pull the trigger to trade my s20 ultra for the 22 ultra but kids dropped the phone and caused surface screen scratch and what it kind of looks like a tiny crack. It's really small. However It's hard to see/tell.

    If I send it and it turns out a crack what would they do with my phone? I've never done this before so anyone one with similar experience please let me know. Thanks!

    • spoke with customer service. Apparently, if you register your device for a trade up, they hold the value of ur phone for security until you actually trade it in. This is messed up as even if u dont buy anything they will still take your money.

      • Maybe people were using prepaid cards or whatever and then not returning their phones?

    S22 Ultra arrived today. FYI for others waiting -Samsung portal still says 'Preparing order'.

          • @spiinl: When the deal first opened (5th March). So may have been delayed as it mentioned 'shipping after 10th March'. The Samsung tracking system leaves a lot to be desired!

    • Nope, mine is on the greyed out customising status. Customer service on the phone said they're expecting the phone to arrive at the warehouse on Friday (grain of salt).

    • You'll find some of the watches sold don't come with bands and some do.

      • As in this is normal? You need to buy your own bands?

        • From memory when I ordered there were a few options of the same watch, as well as colours there was a slightly cheaper one without bands and a slightly more expensive one with.

    It states you need to add it to the cart before placing your order. I can only see one case that is HOHOHO but that's adding to the cost, it's not free.

    Heavily disappointed, makes me want to go to Apple (assuming it's better support)… I hated apple at the start and back in the day where it was restrictive and had to jailbreak etc but nowadays all my music is in tidal/spotify anyway so no need to usb transfer etc.

    I've never really needed support from Samsung all these years until today.

    I signed up for the $50 voucher 2 days ago.. and then emailed yesterday for it and still nothing.

    I missed out on this deal because I didn't get my voucher… I tried calling today and hopeless it says they are too busy.. please call again later.. WTF? Their live chat just hangs too…. It just says "Done"… and NOTHING.

    Has anyone received their Buds 2? Mine seems to be stuck in perpetual "preparing dispatch" limbo.

    • nope but just received a notification that the phone and watch are on their way.

      • Yeah I've received my S22U (custom colour) and watch, with the tablet on the way (delay on Startrack's end it seems). My buds however were the first to change status, but have been stuck on "preparing dispatch" since.

  • Mine one buds 2 also stuck with s22 ultra and watch 4, ( around 1 week already ) then i need to call to ask about the tracking number because i cant track on their page, keep loading so i went to Start Track Website to track it but idk y the tracking number show ".Tracking number MQZVxx..might be incorrect or not in our system yet." :(

            For my watch , they have sent email when it shipped out and able click " tracking order" on my email when i installed the Auspost app on my phone ( its went through Auspost app)

            but for the S22 ultra , i cant do like that, need to called them to get the number because they sent email without " tracking order" like the watch one , click from ss page & not working

            do you know any way to get the tracking number without calling to SS customer service? Thank you

  • For those who cancelled some unwanted items after ordering (but before shipping) - have you received your refund for cancelled items? I ordered on 28th Mar and straight away cancelled bud and watch but still waiting for refund..

    • I placed an order on 22nd & on 23rd I cancelled the watch & buds while keeping the tab & phone. I received the revised reciept showing the cancellation but haven't been refunded till date . I called Samsung today & they have raised a follow up on the refund .

      • How did you cancel the items you didn't want and what did Samsung say? They are refusing to offer me the discount of any of the item is returned. I find this weird since everyone is saying they have kept the discount?

    • Same as mine, delivery went to a friend who we split the phone & watch along with the s8+ and buds for myself. His two devices came in last week but nothing of mine. The status of all devices online is still on 'Preparing order'. He also only got the Auspost notification for his phone and not the watch but they came in the same box.

    • Looks like I'll be getting my Tablet s8+ soon, status is now changed to 'Preparing dispatch'.. Already received phone a week back.. No refund yet though for cancelled buds and watch..
