  Remember these are 1.35V not 1.2V. Please check your laptop to make sure.

    I thought the voltage corresponds to the freq speed?
    If it's set to 1.2V it will drop to the lowest speed like 2400mhz or so?

      If it's anything like desktop it should default to 2133 or 2400 at default voltages and timings until you go into the bios and enable XMP.
      The advertised speeds on RAM are technically overclocks and if you dont do anything to enable that OC, your RAM wont actually run at those speeds.
