    Yeaaaa boiiii!
Thanks mate, got it! Hope it's a good deal, I have no idea how much this usually costs… But it'll do just fine for my 7800X3D build.
I was hoping for one of your crazy 7k CL38 64GB ram kits, but that is over kill.

    • After a bit of consideration, I think I'll hold out for ARGB ram. I'm going to look at this for the next decade, so may as well look pretty lit up.

  • Sorry noob question, will this improve my gaming experience (Counterstrike)? Currently Using 5600mhz ddr5 with 7800x

    • AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D? Are you using a seperate GPU or the dreadful internal GPU?

can't you already get like 500fps?

      • Been really thinking to replace my RAM as I bought it 2nd hand for 80$ due to being so itchy to complete the setup. Been holding for 8+ months now for a proper RAM and wondering if this RAM will make any changes or just let my current RAM die. I feel like this part of my RIG needs replacement.

I'd assume an unnoticeable difference if you're going from CL28 5600. If it's CL46 5600 then up to 10% or something. But since you have such an expensive system I'd probably look at 6400 CL32 though that might be a lot of trial and error to get working.

    • AMD systems run best at 6000mhz. Depending on the timing of your 5600 kit the difference would be like 2-4%.
Probably unnoticeable at your 4090's very high FPS.

  • Waiting for 64GB kit

  • Is the warranty limited in the US only?

    Thanks OP ordered one!!

  • poor value if you're buying it strictly because of the dies with plans to OC - makes much more sense to buy the notoriously hynix m/a die-filled t-create classic's for $129 and clock them up

only 4 left as of now, though

but yeah if you're not overclocking or think its not worth the risk and would rather just use xmp/expo profiles - this is a good deal

    • Can similar performance be easily achieved with these T-Create Classics as the out of the box performance of this Lexar RAM?

      • +1

theoretically or higher. likewise though these lexar sticks could also be overclocked quite a bit higher, too (but probably no higher than the t-creates to be clear). the heatspreader does look a little more robust on these tho

      • much higher, the tcreates go up to 8000+cl36 pretty easily if you run the IF out of sync (at 8000 it's faster than 6000mhz with the IF in sync, 2000fclk 1:3) otherwise 6000cl28 ish with tighter subs is possible.

Main issue is motherboard (won't do it with dasiy chain / quad dimm boards and stuff with worse microcode/BIOS ahem asrock ahem) and dimm cooling (need a ramfan)

  • Good deal but no ARGB sucks.
