Cheddar (the CommBank-backed Cashback service) is offering 18% Cashback (max. $30) for purchases made at Nike AU via their Android / iOS app. The $50 sign-up bonus is still active (not an OzBargain exclusive anymore) and can be done concurrently with this Cashback.     Does anyone know how to even confirm if a clickthrough for Cheddar has been recorded? I've tried ordering stuff on Doordash and Ubereats, but Cheddar says transactions have to be within their app - the only problem is that Cheddar launches the external apps even if they're not installed.

      I’ve had to remove the original apps before I make an order through Cheddar.

      I’ve made quite a few orders through Cheddar that didn’t track and the few that did track got rejected for an unknown reason.

      Support takes a few days to respond but they’ve resolved my issues each time, including manually crediting my bonuses.

      I still have $5 pending from the uber eats promo a month or two back, I’m sure that will get declined at some point despite making it within Cheddar lol.

    Another point, Cheddar also have 15% cashback (no limit that I can see) for Rebel sport. So for shoes that need you above $30 cash back, you might be better off going to Rebel and get more cashback. E.g. ZoomX invincible is ~$37 cashback from Rebel compared to the max $30 from Nike.

    few things about Cheddar, it always says in terms , stay in cheddar browser, but when you click on a deal , it takes you to external browser, which doesn't make sense also i tried UberEATS, it says only eligible if order through browser, but again it takes you to the UberEATS app. same with menulog and everything. it sucks

      Uninstall uber eats app before you make the order. It’s still buggy within the app though, whenever I’ve went to pay it takes me to an error page and I have to repeat the whole process again.

      I’ve only had 1 uber eats order track out of 3-4 and my cashback/bonus is still pending from late December

    Just signed up and did a $200 Nike order thanks, but geez the cheddar app is shit, constantly crashes (webhook auth failure) on latest iOS with an iPhone 13 pro.. hopefully it’s tracked. Please release a chrome extension.. much better CX

    No email to confirm cashback tracked or anything either. Awful CX compared to shopback/cash rewards

    Very poor service and tracking.
    Signed up around 21st Feb made a purchase at Casetify when they were running 44%CB.
    The order hasn’t been tracked yet waited for a good week and then emailed them early last week. Yet to hear from them.

    I don't understand the maths to reach optimal $151.66 spend.
    If 18% cashback with cap at $30 (excluding GST + delivery)
    Wouldn't you want to spend $30/18% = $167 x110% for GST = $183.7

    So then $183 - GST is $167 (which cheddar then calculates cashback on)
    18% of $167 is $30.06 which is the cashback limit
    and then $50 extra cashback

    All up $103.7 spend for $183 worth of product

    Happy to be corrected on my high school maths

    Installed the app and made a purchase on Rebel Sport. Has not tracked and my order has already shipped. Tracking is really bad on this app and no way to check "Click History". With CR and SB apps been around for awhile, this definitely a poor attempt by CBA.

    Nike has sent in Used shoes after paying $220 full price of an item, all they want me is to return and you will be refunded… should that be all or something more is to be done by Nike. For all this time spent and the time for
    Refund and being without cash for 14-15 days.

    Suggestions.
