    Does anyone know if it's possible to bring up order history if I completed the order without making an account. I had a weird moment where I tried paying via Google pay, it didn't seem to work so went with CC. It seems the first payment was successful and I've been charged twice, but upon making an account with the same email address I have no orders.

      unfortunately not, i had an issue too and i just created an account.

      the annoying thing is that the password requirements were 2 uppercase and 2 numbers which now i had to create a brand new password and add this to the many list of passwords i have to create

        Man you need to use a password manager. I just have Google auto suggest strong passwords and store them to my G account.

      Not sure about this one. On some website when you create an account with the same email address, it shows previous order as well.

    Rwceived an email that the colour is OOS and they can ship me a black one. They didnt mention if they are gonna swap for the same price or will bill me the full price of the black one.

    I asked them to process the order for black one if it is for the same price

    Yeah, got the umbrella today - very premium packaging ! Looks good so far. I like how the cover has a sling, can carry it like a sword on your back.

      Same. Just got mine just now. Was an unboxing treat.

      The umbrella was premium and the sleeve cover with the sling strap was a nice touch.

      I should have bought more.

              @Clear: They look better built that my woodworm umbrella. Particularly the latch to lock it closed. And the handle has a soft foam and longer than the woodworm.

        yet my neg was deemed invalid as supposedly I do not know how to use the internet.

        email States payment system overwhelmed and crashed so my neg was spot on

    Excellent umbrella told family members I bought it for $9.95 delivered and they are amazed. Got it 1 minute before the deal ended, nearly didn't buy but so glad I did.

      Ordered 12.15 on march 7. Payment page stuck but it went through eventually. Maybe 3 minutes it was stuck. Recieved friday march 11 just after lunch.

    6 days ago they said they have processed the refund and it takes 3-5 working days. I emailed them today again to say I haven’t received the refund they have not replied.
