Possibly a local special but more likely to be widespread based on the promotional signage.

The Cadbury collaboration that nobody asked for is going cheap - Caramilk Hokey Pokey only $1.50

I found this far too sickly sweet but for $1.50 for a large block it’s hard to resist. Check your local Supa IGA, if it’s $1.50 please comment below for others.

  Oh that caramilk stuff is foul. Couldn't agree more with your "sickly sweet" comment. To clarify I do like sweet. Caramel, butterscotch sauce, etc all wonderful…but not this stuff.

    I think its subjective. I like this one, but its a little bit on the sweeter side. And I prefer campco white over this one.
