Why would they choose a name that sounds like Ratpoo

Because the name ratpoo was already taken.

Any deal for keyboard with numpad, rep?

    • -1

Not a rep but can certainly ask.

I used this before, e-waste. Please spend a bit more to get a decent one.

      any recommendation?

    • how loud or quiet are the key presses? I bought the cheapest one of these i could find for about $17 on eBay a few years back, another crappy bluetooth one (not this brand) and it worked perfectly well for an iPad for a year or two, then one or two of the numerical keys failed, but it was good for the price i guess.

I have this keyboard, bought it from Aldi more than a year ago, still use it. For the price I don't think it's that bad, I've had no issues, was looking for a cheap multi device wireless keyboard. Keypresses are as silent as you'd expect from membrane. They manage to squish a whole keyboard into a tiny form factor, so typing is a bit narrow, but I'm used to it.

  • Trying it out - cheap enough

  • Not working any more?

    • Code is still applying at checkout for me.

  • Is the rechargeable battery user-replaceable?

    • built in, u charge on usb

  • Anyone know the thickness?

    • Check the images on AliExpress it shows dimensions

  • I'm assuming I would be able to use this with a Samsung Tablet? I ordered the new S8 but am a bit averse to buying the really expense attachable keyboard. Aside from it's expense I would prefer to use the slimmer book cover case because a) my kids can more easily use it for media and b) a separate keyboard can sit a bit further away from the device.

    • yes but the keyboard is really..small. I couldn't use this for laptop keyboard replacement. my small Asian hands were still too big to use this comfortably without typo every other word.

I have been using Rapoo mouse and am happy with the quality. Haven't used their keyboards though.
