Replacing couch foam - questions

My 3 seat recliner couch's foam is now sagging and without bounce and is in need of replacement.
While the fam wants a new couch - I simply want to replace the foam and get a few more years out of it. Just putting in some extra padding for lumbar and a bit of foam/cushion/whatever on the seat where I sit, I figure how hard can that be?
Looked up a few youtube videos and its simple as. I see not one discussion about this on the forum - so it makes me a bit apprehensive. Anyhoo, now, the questions I have are :

Where do I buy the foam from? I dont even know what I am googling for. Is it cushion? Polly fill? Or? (Happy to wait for a while, so aliexpress is a valid choice at the moment)
Is there a quality measure or brand/recommendation for foam? How do I find out which foam is going to be long lasting and remains comfy/bouncy enough over time for big bodies.
Do you get what you pay for with foam?
Has someone attempted this and has any words of advice?

One of the alternates I thought'd be good is to slice up a few pool noodles and join them together and possibly use within a sandwich of foam - should make it more comfy. To comfortably sit and watch TV for hours is the only purpose the couch will serve.
Not a great display pic but this is the kinda couch I got : https://www.jape.com.au/product-categories/lounge-suites/cal…
