Dell XPS 13 for 1.5k - Good Deal?

Currently Dell XPS 13 inch on sale for $1519 from dell.com. Is it considered good deal? Is Dell better than Asus, HP etc? I am an absolute noob for this stuff.

    We got the Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 9310 Laptop - 11th Gen i7-1165G7, 16GB RAM, 512 GB, SSD UHD+ Touch in the sales last year. $1799 all up. Great little machine.

    Thanks guys, got this one for $1284 after 14% cash rewards and 7% student discount. I guess that is about best it can do at the moment.

    virtually the same performance as my x390 with 4 core 8365U and 16GB, FHD and 4 battery cycle count and 10 month lenovo on-site warranty which i bought for only $350.

      Same performance, but battery consumption would be a lot higher.

      I would still take a thinkpad though
