  • Still need a light if growing indoors right?

    • Yep, but you could use this outside… just automates the feeding.

You have the option to place the unit somewhere that gets natural light, otherwise we do have some very affordable strip or 3 stem lights available through our site:)

Can you take another $9 off?
    Asking for a friend. :)

  • +3

Sure! Just because you asked so nicely :D

Interesting price , is this trying to tell us something

    • Haha. You can take any message you wish from it:)

  • Definitely not an intentional price?

  • +2

    Not intentional at all. :)

Am I the only one not getting the joke about the price?

    • +1

4:20 is a time associated with marijuana.

Hydrphonics as you can see is related to growing said plant.

  • Don't see why this is a deal. I can just go direct to the supplier (Mr Stacky), and can get the same set for $359 before shipping.

Edit: shipping from Mr Stacky is flat rate $29.

    • Our bundle packs are very different. We have customised these packs with our best seller accessories including non gmo heirloom seeds. Being quite a bulky item, your saving alot with free shipping. The choice is there if you like:)

Any solar powered options (like Mr Stacky offers) ?

      • Also interested in solar option

        • I wonder if solar pump is lower quality compared to Aqua One.
Also I don’t understand how often the pump should be run.

If you have a 3D printer, you can print your own modules

    • Wow that’s impressive!:)

      Genuine questions:
      1. Is this going to work well? I believe 3D printed surface is porous.
      2. Is it going to be cheaper considering filament price?

      • +1

        I printed this just fine:
        https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2403922

Bought a pump and some tubing and good to go.

.1. Is this going to work well? I believe 3D printed surface is porous.

You put a water container on the bottom so the printed surface doesn't "hold" the water against gravity.
The water does shoot up and hit the top and got a couple of drops forming on the outside but nothing a little filler couldn't have solved. Just wasn't a problem for me.

.2. Is it going to be cheaper considering filament price?

Filament is $30 (or cheaper) for 1KG and I could have probably printed 15 of the "modules" so it's pretty cost effective (regarding the filament price against this)

  • Sigh… really like this product having been using mini led planter. But price is just way too over my budget… would have hit the buy button straight away if it was 50% less which i know is prob. daydreaming

    • Looking at all items included…
      Pump + Coco Mega Brick + Nutrients ~ $100
      Timer ~ $20
      5 x large Stacky Pots ~ $100

Custom 60 litre water reservoir with lid + Specialist drip distribution head + valves and custom fittings ~ $200

      • Yeah fair point
