Can confirm menulog cashback tracks fine via cheddar app. All my previous 5 order tracked automatically with no issue

    It worked in the beginning for few orders but my last order didn’t track. Waiting for a while now.

      My Menulog order on Thursday tracked within minutes of purchase, using the app/internal browser. I haven't had any issues yet personally with tracking.

      Here’s what my main page from the app looks like, who knows wtf is going with all of them. I know rep will tell me to email support but i wouldn’t need to if the app wasn’t so crappy.

        That's no good, their FAQ says 'up to 90 days' for approval (from pending), so you should have at least 2 of those cashbacks confirmed by now.

        • I have all mine pending too, oldest one from 12/12, which is already over 90 days. Tracked is 1 thing, actually getting approved is another hurdle.

        Agree, the only annoying thing would be sending them email 10 days after the transaction if it's not tracked. Anyone know if this can be use single or multiple times?

        Dont waste your time. Cashback does not track and this is using their internal browser.

        I would avoid at all costs and dont get dragged in the high bonuses they offer like $50 etc. As above comment, we are just lab rats to test their system. They is no option to view your details or even inquire within the app.

  • On a kinda related note, has anyone found any way to view menulog's website on desktop without it being a massively zoomed in mobile app screen? A couple of months back they appear to have changed it and now it's virtually unusable for desktop users, so i simply stopped using menulog and started using ubereats since, you know, i can see more than one character per 24 inch screen lol. Do they really not have any actual desktop website anymore?

    Also keen to know if this 50% cashback can be used more than once. Don't want to spend $5 getting a cheap item only to find out it's a one time offer.

            Also if the restaurant offers a certain percentage off if you spend over a certain amount, would you still get cashback? (There is no voucher code as they just deduct the percentage amount off the total)

    Whenever I click "Shop deal" it takes me to menulog app.
    Do I need to uninstall menulog app to make this work?

      I just used the cheddar app on my iPhone and it worked perfectly fine on me. Had my cashback tracked and everything.

    Menulog doesn't seem to work in-app browser doesn't open, it tries to open but then just reverses, am on an android phone so maybe it's just for iPhone users or something
