  • What's good for cold brew from that list mate.

    • Hey mate! I'd give the Nkara or Kiamagumo a go :)

  • Hey @directcoffee - can you suggest a good option? I love a delicious coffee for my cappuccino

    • For sure! What blends do you normally enjoy? Should help me make a good suggestion:)

  • Ordered more Grand Master :-D

    • Love it!

  • no Seven seeds :(

    • Unfortunately not :( Seven Seeds changed their order and roast cycle so we have to close off orders on a Tuesday night. Send me a PM or WhatsApp - I'll check if they've got some extra for you :)

      • Not selling Basha Bekele, Ethiopia from Seven Seeds?

        • All done I'm afraid :(

  • Can vouch this guy is the best in term of delivery 🙌🏼
Im thinking to buy again, since my last order, the market lane was off/stale. I cant make it work at all. Just unfortunate, usually everything is good

    • Glad to hear the delivery was good!

I'm really sorry to hear that :( I haven't heard a complaint like this about Market Lane in a long time so I'm keen to get to the bottom of it.

Are you able to reply to the confirmation email so we can get the ball rolling?

      • Which confirmation email? My order number was 12407.

Market lane - Santa Isabel was the one that off/stale.
It’s actually my favourite ones, bit disappointed to be honest but its you guys fault.

        • It's the email you get straight after you order. It would have the subject line 'Order #12407 confirmed'.

Sorry again to hear that it tasted off/stale. Absolutely, that's our fault as we sold it to you. What brew method and recipe did you use?

          • @directcoffee: I just double checked my order.
I think thats my fault, it was FILTER instead of ESPRESSO. Thats why it doesn’t matter how many times I tweaked the machine, still doesn’t work. My bad 🤦🏼‍♂️

  • So my order from your last deal on 8/3 has gone into the Auspost black hole. It was meant to be delivered yesterday but is still sitting in Vic somewhere with no revised delivery date. I know there are general delivery issues these days but when coffee sits in a warehouse getting staler by the day it’s a bit disconcerting.

    • Oh dear, sorry to hear this :( Are you able to send me the order number or reply to the confirmation email so I can follow this up?

    • Just wanted to update on my delivery issue. The coffee got delivered today and Auspost apologised for the delay )which they haven’t done before in my experience)
A real shoutout To the store rep who opened an issue with Auspost straight away and gave me something nice for my trouble.
So not only excellent prices but also some of the best service and troubleshooting I’ve come across!!

      • Glad to hear the coffee finally got to you :)

  • +1

    Great coffee. Fast shipping. Thx!!!

    • No worries! :)

  • Why does it take a week minimum to dispatch?

    • Happy to answer that! So there's a couple of factors, we find that dispatching coffee once a week allows us to offer fresh coffee at a good price. We're also a bit different to other coffee sites on OzBargain as we work with a lot of different suppliers who have their own schedules and processes. For example, Market Lane don't roast this coffee until next Thursday.

Back when we started we tried to dispatch every day but it just doesn't work I'm afraid.

      • Sounds fair. But once a week? What about suppliers that roast sun/Mon? Bit of a wait. Understand not doing it every day, but maybe twice a week might be ok.

        • Once a week seems to be where the sweet spot has landed. None of our suppliers roast on Sunday but I totally take your point. But I'll definitely take on your feedback - if we get a bit more demand for it we might bring back Tuesday dispatch. Just checking, did you place an order? Happy to refund if the wait is too long for you.

  • Any suggestion on which one to buy for French press?

    • What blends/brands do you normally enjoy?
      Cheers,
      Tim
