  Definitely GHD is the way to go - I also got mine off Amazon about 2 months ago for about $150 incl delivery…way cheaper than here!

  Whats the diff between GHD ones and other branded ones, like Remington. My almost 3yo mini Remington still works fine, never burnt my hair or the house, never set the smoke alarm off and does the job.

  Which straightner u choose also depends on the type/thinkness of ur hair.

  As for the GHD, they r good but the models thats I tested on my hair that worked really well were not cheap. just remember all ghd models are not the same.

  so for my thick wavy hair, I went with the Silver Bullet Keratin 230 (the narrow plate one is better than the wide plates). they cost about 170 and have great reviews as well.

    and btw, my old Babyliss Pro ceramic also worked very well on my hair and it was about $180 quite few years ago.

      Agree with Samia
      GHD is better for fine hair, but the silver bullet is better if u have thick hair.

  Every girl i know recommends the GHD..so probs go with that if you want the best.
