MS don’t restrict codes to your account location, but you need to fly your helicopter to a region where the code is valid.
I haven’t bought this code, but try logging onto your phone or computer with a vpn. Connect to Argentina not turkey(I think that’s a copy paste issue by OP) then whilst connect to vpn in Argentina go here and redeem https://redeem.microsoft.com/ it can not be done without a vpn to Argentina

Phew! I was having trouble redeeming but finally got it to work. A tip for anyone trying this… Tunnelbear VPN was no good for me. I used Urban in the end but my god it took a long time to load. I sat there for about 8-9 mins before I could get the redeem code page to load. Got there in the end though!
