    • Sorry we only have the size 85g x 12 pouches. Thanks for advice and already updated the title.

      • when do these expire/? thanks

        • Which ones are you after? We just received the most stocks this week after the supplier released them from the back orders. They’re supposed to be long enough. Anyway I’ll check it for you Sunday afternoon once I arrive at the store.

        • Hi, all expiry dates are listed on the product pages. Thanks

  • ummmmm do I want to feed my cat premium food for 1.485aud a bag when I'm getting fed discount john west can tuna for 1.15aud?

    • +7

Tuna will kill your cat, as it is missing many of the nutrients that cats need. Cats don't really eat fish in the wild……

I think he/she is implying that they don't want to spend 1.48 a can for cat food when they themselves are eating 1.15 a can tuna. But either way, don't feed your cat tuna for a diet.

There was a bad batch of 'premium cat food' missing one of the required nutrients for cats a few years ago and several cats died and one of mine got very sick.

This is why my cats get a range of food from different manufacturers. A bit of tin food, some dry food and a chunk of human grade beef. Mostly Ziwipeak and Feline Natural. The vet is very happy with the condition of our cats.

Because the dry food get crumbs we sift the dry food and put the crumbs in with the tin food. Cuts down wastage.

        • Yes to this, was only implying I didn't want to spend more for the cat than myself.
But glad this brought up an educational discussion, i didn't even know about this.

          • @Fappy Bunny: A worthwhile discussion, particularly in relation to dietary issues. Even some cat food is not a complete food. It is important people check the writing on the tin.

You will take years off your cats life if you continue to feed it canned tuna, it's the older age that is affected the most.

It was on an episode of Dr Harry or what ever that blokes name is.

      • Dr Harry puts his name on one of the worst foods you can buy for your cat so I wouldn't put too much stock in what he says. Though in this case it is true.

    • As others have said the tuna is an incomplete food.

  • expiry?

    • I’ll update them Sunday afternoon after checking.
