What Screw Size Is Bottom Case for HP Pavilion 36 14-cd0073TU Laptop? Second Hand Laptop Wrong Screws

Bought a second hand laptop, they used the wrong screws on case. It's lifting off and I need to replace them, but I cant find any info or what size they are normally?

Can anyone help? I'm so lost I tried Google and cant find anything.

ah thank you! now need to work out which screws go where

      • Page 33 in Hybroid's document, exactly as he pointed out.

      • Two Phillips M2.0×6.0 screws (2) from under the feet.
Four Phillips M2.0×4.0 screws (4) that secure the cover to the computer.

        And there is a diagram.

  • Wow, those screws look pretty gnarly from the photo close-ups! Also, with screws you have threads-per-inch (or mm) as well as pitch, in addition to circumference and length. The ones pictured look like a course thread vs. the fine thread used in most laptops. Hope they work out, but don't force them.

    • noted, thanks

    • the screws didnt fit even though it says its meant to. bit confused now.
      only middle one fits
