You have to sign up to see the prices? No thanks.

    • Thanks for your feedback, we are still working on improving our site and services overall. In the future, we will remove the need for login, this is definitely an item that’s in the works, we assure you. 😁

i can't even tell what these guys are selling without signing up?

    • We have thousands of products across the range of health, beauty, entertainment, toys, baby and homewares. Almost like an entire shopping center in one place. Give it a go 😁

  • Does a free bag, and a water bottle count as a bargain though?

  • I'm in Melbourne's East, please give me some specific items, prices, deals before I create an account on your system.

    • Products range across various categories, and they are things you would generally buy from places like a chemist, electronics store, variety store etc. As mentioned, there’s tens of thousands of items listed, difficult to provide specific examples. Our aim is to provide everyone access to anything and everything from a single convenient online marketplace, and get it within 2 hours (during business hours). Give it a go 😁

      • Sounds like vague bullshit to me.
It's very easy to provide specific examples.
You simply give the names and prices of some relevant items that people on Ozbargain would like to buy via your site.

      • By the way your Terms and Conditions, especially your Dispute Resolution is a joke : https://gimmenow.com/terms-and-conditions/
That you handball every warranty issue to someone else because you only "facilitates the sale of goods and services by third party suppliers" means that nobody should ever buy from you.
Real consumer law and guarantees can be found here: https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees…
Should I even bother to bother to outline that since you are providing a retail purchasing portal that makes you the 'retailer' according to the ACCC: https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees… and hence the party that a consumer can claim remedy from.

The Terms and Conditions of Sale does not declare exclusion from obligations, it clearly states this in Clause 7:
          7. Consumer Guarantees & ACL
The ACL provides consumers with certain consumer guarantees and rights in relation to certain transactions concerning goods and/or services (see www.consumerlaw.gov.au). Any rights you may have under the ACL shall apply notwithstanding any inconsistent provisions in these terms which shall be read down to the extent necessary to comply with the ACL and which shall otherwise apply to the fullest extent legally permissible.

  • Why would you want to register before seeing anything? That goes counter to other online stores. It sounds dodgy.

My first reaction is to use a dummy email and see. So you guys end up with a lot of useless logins

    • I tried that. But they also require a phone number to confirm. It's a nope from me.

  • Need to give way too much info to even view anything. Nope. Good luck

    • Yep. I agree with you man. They got to change that. You go to a proper shop and buy things and even the shopkeeper won't know your name 😊

      • Thanks for your feedback, we’re working on the login as mentioned above. At this point in time, it is required.
It’s not exactly comparable to a ‘proper shop’ (assuming this means a physical brick and mortar shop), we’re an online store, and probably wouldn’t expect shopkeepers to be going to your home either, which we would? Two-way security thing. 😁

        • With other online shops I don't need a account to look at prices and products to see if they are suitable for me…

          • @Jake17: Fair enough and totally understand, we will get there as well 🤞 I was referring to the comment about “go to proper shop and buying things” 👍
