Uncharted 4 (PS4) can often be purchased for ~$10. Lost Legacy seems to be a bit more pricey even when discounted.
This is basically an improved patched version, but removed the multiplayer mode, and they want $38 for it. You also don't get the free movie voucher anymore.
It's unlikely that a PS5 owner has not played Uncharted 4 since it is in PS Plus Collection.
PSA: If you can grab a PS4 copy of Uncharted 4 cheap, the PS5 offers you the full version of Legacy of Thieves as a $15 digital upgrade. You just need to put the U4 disc in the console when playing LoT.
Lost Legacy is on sale for $15 at Amazon at the moment. I bought it yesterday to do exactly this. PS5 Legacy of Thieves for $30.

Uncharted 4 (PS4) is on PS Plus Collection. It's just annoying that Sony does not allow the $15 upgrade option from that version.
So when the PC version is out, you think Sony will add it to PS Plus?
Completely agree but don't hold your breath it just might happen. Remember the FF7R PS5 upgrade? At first wasn't available to PS Plus digital versions then eventually was. Slightly different to this scenario. Regarding PC version, I thought this was already released?

If Sony ended up doing the same backflip as FF7 remake, they might have a bit of a mess. For me, I had to have Sony Support delete my FF7 remake PS5 upgrade manually (due to I purchased the physical disc version so the upgrade linked to physical version). Not all support staff know exactly the steps to fix this. Had to call twice. This one will be messy because while the FF7 remake PS5 upgrade is free, this upgrade isn't. So, not only the upgrade for disc version will need to be removed, Sony Support will need to provide a voucher to re-upgrade via PS Plus.
@netsurfer: Agree it's not the same and yes a bit more complex, but should Xbox continue to mount pressure with its Game Pass service, I believe Sony will throw this into either PS Plus monthly or Collection.
I'm enjoying the first The Last Of Us at the moment. First replay since it came out. What a brilliant game.
Will wait to upgrade my uncharted games when the thief's collection upgrade is on sale.

Is there value in buying this if you already have the ps4 versions? Do they have free upgrade for PS5?
$15 upgrade if you have either of the PS4 versions (purchased, not PS+) will give you both PS5 versions.
There's no specific reason to get this unless you prefer discs and have/want for collection.

Of course! Wouldn't want to miss out on the ritual of ejecting a disc to place into box back on stacked collection shelf when you've achieved the Platinum trophy. So satisfying!
@Twisty: I have the digital version of Uncharted 4 (PS4) and it was/is still $15 upgrade and fully digital. I have both versions (PS4 and PS5) installed. No disc required. Came with a movie voucher as well. Overall, I paid less than this and got fully digital versions. Wouldn't mind collecting one physical copy but will wait till it becomes dirt cheap.
The digital version of both Uncharted 4 and Lost Legacy were cheap at various times (never quite reached $10, but was around $14 or maybe a bit lower). Sony stopped those individual versions for PS4 so no cheap way to get them fully digital now.
@Twisty: Question, if you put the PS4 game in the PS5 and purchase this upgrade for both games at $15, does it download the full game to your hard drive?
If so it would be like owning the digital version of the game but still requiring to put the disc in to play it. In that case may be best to hold off for the digital version to go on sale to save the hassle of the disc or buy the physical PS5 version
I’m just weighing this up seeing I’m running out of hard drive room.
@Twisty: It downloads the full game (PS5 remaster version) to your drive and leaving the PS4 version in tact.
It's not like owning the digital version of the game. Nowadays, even with physical disc version, you still need to "install" the game. There is no such thing as playing directly from disc without installing the game onto an SSD or HDD.
@netsurfer: Ahh I got ya so having the disc in just means it’s checking you own the game plus having it on a backup
I hope it is this cheap when it is released for PC after a few months.
A good series that probably went 1 game too many, they are all worth a play the best of the lot is the 2nd game in the series
Uncharted 2 is really good, but would be great if they release a remake version.
Lost Legacy kinda feels like a game that gathered some good bits of 4 and 2 and condense them. Not really a full game, but kinda a mini fan service (except the price). Like Chloe (Claudia Black) but not a fan of Nadine though.
