I’ve got a 28 plat mastercard but never get/able to see any of these promotions (since card registration 10 hrs ago). Is there a way to register for them like with Amex.
They get emailed to me. You might have possibly ticked a box saying "don't send me promotions" when you signed up .
I went into my profile on the website a few months ago and ticked the box saying they can contact me with offers, but haven't received anything.
Same, did that a year ago.
One data point that might impact my ability to receive these DOMESTIC cashback rebates is that I only use the card for international non-AUD purchases. Maybe they’ve got algo’s that don’t permit any local promos for members who don’t spend locally in AUD.
@JoeyJoeJoe: I have had the send me offers ticked for years and I put through plenty of local transactions, but I've never received them either.
I have the same issue. Have had this card since 2006 at least and never get these offers.

If you use Gmail you need to scroll to the bottom of the message where it says "[Message clipped]" and click on "View entire message".
unlike Amex , 28 has a very messy promo tracking mamangement system. I used to get the spending $xyz get $$$ back offer, every time I had to chase them up to get it. To be fair they were easy to grant the cash back after I gave the deatails like the email I got… but their failure rate is too high I stopped bothering…
I share your experience Maxxjet. I have had to chase up each and every transaction as the cash back is never deposited into my account. It has been a long tedious process and I have an outstanding one still. A lot of work. These people are relying on people not checking back. Make sure you follow up cash backs.
Where does one see these offers? I never receive any emails or see anything when I'm logged into my account.
Can you just get the card digitally instead of a physical card ?
