    Just a note on toothpaste for anybody who suffers from mouth ulcers if you choose a toothpaste without SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate)
    You will find the ulcers will heal far faster

      I found that most (including Cedel, sensodyne) include SLS. Any tips on which do not have SLS?

        Specific Sensodyne toothpastes do not contain SLS.

          They have too many variations. I think their Pronamel are SLS free.

            @Clear: Pronamel includes flouride and is sls free fairly expensive toothpaste but well worth the ulcer healing faster ability

              @Josho: I normally use the Sensodyne Sensitive Teeth Pain Repair and accidentally got the teeth whitening version. Ulcers around the back of the wisdom teeth. Peroxyl will fix it so I think I might switch back to Oral B sensitive as that doesn't cause them.

        I've happily been using this brand for several years now. They are available at Coles & Woolies (although usually on the bottom shelf where they are hard to spot) and they do go on 1/2 price sale every once in a while.
