Kogan 1ST - Where Is My Membership?

Hi, just wondered if anyone has purchased a 12-month phone plan from Kogan which included the free 12 months Kogan 1st membership?
I made a purchase at the end of Feb but haven't received my membership, I have tried to contact them but getting no response.

I mainly purchased the plan from Kogan because of the bonus 1st membership.
It does say in the terms that it will be sent within 30 days of activation, and it has now been nearly 40.

Kogan are terrible at responding, so I'm asking OB members if they have had similar probs.
It's really strange as I probably would have purchased more things by now but have been waiting for the membership because of free shipping etc.

  OP must not read OZ bargain much as this is normal Kogan business model/support process.

  Smash up their Social media page/send a message through facebook

  I did after getting stuck in and endless login/reset password loop that they refused to rectify via normal customer service and it was rectified within 48 hours.

  There's one thing that HR/Comms hate and that's another team in their department giving them a bad rap.

  They took about 3 weeks after I emailed customer service. Make sure to reply back the email that asks if you would like to proceed with your query otherwise they won’t action anything.

  6 weeks since the purchase now and still chasing them for the first membership.
  Not sure what else to do as the support is bloody terrible.
