Update title with qty and size of cans.

eg 32 cans for $60 .. seems like a bad deal.

  • How does this compare to say Stone&Wood?

Lighter style I would say. Has a great untapped rating 3.5

      • My cutoff on untapped is about 3.7-8ish usually most things are decent at or above that rating.

        3.5 pretty average

        • The beers that are regularly in my fridge are almost always a rotation of Banks, Range & MCBC - and even I wouldn't prescribe to that notion.

This is a great beer at this price provided it is in date.

    • Its a fruity flavor, i do not like it personally.

Similar galaxy hop taste, but a lighter drink overall.

Personally I'm sick to death of S&W (too many years when it was the only good option) and so more happy with different easy to drink variants.

      • Thanks for the replies everyone.
Might pull the trigger on this one.

Yeah Stone&Wood PA and Balter Hazy IPA are still amongst my favourites. I haven't drank enough S&W to get over it… So I still enjoy it.

Their "cloud catcher" is a pretty nice Pale Ale, you should get that to mix it up if you're over the Pacific's.

  • Gah I just bought 2 cases of beer at the weekend, my wife will kill me if I spend any more on grog. This is local to me too.

Just drink the other two first

If I were your wife I'd be mad at you for not taking advantage of this deal.

  • Seems like Pacific Ale has been all the rage. Even my Aldi has 2-3 different brands. Or "brands" when it comes to Aldi.
