  • I'd buy it if it were made of food grade plastic, being that your filtering your water through it.

    • I'm not %100 sure but I think this can also be used as a shower fitting.

        that totally answered his question

He didn't ask a question. He stated that it wasn't made out of a certain material. I was simply saying that Even though it might not be ok to drink water from, it would be ok to shower with.

haha fair enough thought you were just another imposter sales rep :O

Mmm, even if it could be used as a shower fitting, I'm not sure it would make a very good one! And yes, no idea how shower fittings came into this… it's a tap nozzle for a kitchen or bathroom sink.

I was wondering how its powered, I thought batteries, but nope it uses a generator powered by the water. Very cool. But no I wouldn't drink from it.

        • Yes, it seems as though it is for a sink. Would be quite good in a bathroom, seeing as you don't really drink from the bathroom sink.. Well I know I don't.

I'm not 100% sure but I think it can be also used as a cookie cutter.

        (Oneleaf86 are you the seller?)

After I used this to shower, I'd probably then grab my cat and use him to dry myself.

        • No, I am not Chinese and I am not affiliated with Tomtop in any way shape or form. Lol.

        • +6

Not all ebay sellers are chinese.

    • I've been drinking, brushing teeth from a similar ebay one for a month now. Am i going to die?

      • +6

        Probably..

2 Probables, this isn't looking good for you ThePistonHead

        • Agreed, two probables does equate to two shakes of the magic 8-ball, pretty solid stats IMHO…I'm not sure I'd be risking a third! ;)

Eventually. But in relation to the plastic, well, I'd probably avoid it.

        no

      • Certainly.

      • maybe

    • It is Chinese Food Grade. The same grade they put in their milk products for export ;)

      • MMM…melamine! :p

I'd prefer to spend a little more on the temperature sensitive ones e.g. http://www.tinydeal.com/3-color-led-faucet-light-w-temperatu…

Just for a light display seems a bit… disgustingly gaudy.

or don't buy any, spend your money on beer , have a good time, and you will still die anyway.

  • I have one in the shower … Different shower head …great colors ….Don't need light at night ..It's like a 70s disco … Don't know drinking from it though …Go for the ones without batteries .

    • Mind providing info on where to buy a (good) shower version one from please?

      • I'd say ebay/DX/Meritline et al. As tantryl said, they all specialise in gaudy! ;)
