      This really depends on how many cups you drink a day and whether they are single shot (6-8 grams - around 35 cups) or double. (approx 15 grams - 14 cups).

        Oh yeah I know, but I was just curious how fast other people go through them.

        I drink 1-2 a day and I go through just over 500g a month.
